Four passes.
One clean window.

Most homes need the full residential pass. We tell you on the phone which scope fits — no upsell on the doorstep.

Residential — interior + exterior

The full pass: both sides, screens out + washed, tracks vacuumed, sills detailed. Single visit, streak-free, priced by pane count.

Exterior-only refresh

When the inside is fine and the outside took a winter beating. Faster turn, lower cost, same finish on the glass that faces the weather.

Screen + track restoration

Hand-washed mesh, vacuumed tracks, wiped sills. The detail work that makes the glass look like it's actually clean.

Post-construction + hard water

Mortar mist, drywall film, builder's stickers, sprinkler scale. Non-acidic restoration system on most mineral deposits.

Anchorage Bowl
and out the Glenn.

We work the bowl, Hillside, Eagle River and Chugiak as standard. Mat-Su (Palmer, Wasilla) by appointment when the route lines up. If you're inside this band, we'll be there same-week.

Why we
only do this.

We started Far North Window Cleaning because half the homes we walked into in Anchorage had clean floors, clean counters, and windows nobody had touched since the previous owner moved in. Anchorage gets maybe 60 truly bright days a year — the glass is the difference between catching them and missing them.

So the company does one thing. No pressure-wash add-ons, no gutters, no roof. Just hand-cleaned glass, screens, tracks and sills, by a small crew that knows the difference between a Hillside south-facing wall in March and a downtown north-facing wall in October. We quote a firm price on the phone, show up when we said we would, and if you can find a streak we'll come back.

The questions
that hit the line.

Most single-family Anchorage homes land between $185 and $385 depending on pane count, accessibility, and whether you want interior + exterior or exterior only. We quote a firm number on the phone in two minutes — no walk-the-job surprise add-ons.

Same-week is the norm spring through fall. Winter slots are weather-gated (we work down to about 20°F with a non-freezing solution). Call and we'll give you an honest ETA, not a fake live-dispatch log.

Both. Most jobs are interior + exterior + screens + sills as one pass — that's the only way you get a streak-free result you'll actually notice. Exterior-only is fine if that's what you want.

Included on every full clean. Screens come out, get hand-washed, dried, and reseated. Tracks are vacuumed and wiped. Sills are detailed. We don't charge extra for the parts of the window that make it actually look clean.

Yes — general liability insured and bonded. We'll send the certificate of insurance before we arrive if you want to see it. Ask on the call.

Yes, with a non-acidic restoration system on most mineral deposits. Heavy stains may need a second visit. We'll tell you upfront if a pane is past the point where cleaning helps.

We book exterior winter cleans on dry days above ~20°F. Interior anytime. If the forecast won't cooperate the day of your appointment, we call you, we don't no-show.

Card, Venmo, Zelle, or check on completion. No deposit, no card-on-file. Pay when you can see through the glass.
